1.1. Payment by cheque or postal order must accompany all order(s). There is
no minimum order.

1.2. Items are NOT sold on a trial basis.

1.3. VAT is not charged on any order. SJR Models is not registered for VAT.

1.4. Dishonoured cheques will be subject to an administration free of £20.

1.5. SJR Models reserves the right to withdraw or modify any specification of
any product or its price at any time without prior notice.

1.6. Any of our products that become out of stock will be back ordered and supplied when products become available, unless notified in writing.
SJR Models may delay the order if restocking of said items would soon occur.

1.7. In the event of any of our products being damaged in transit, please return complete item AND packaging. If minor damage only occurs, please just return damaged components for replacement. We cannot be held responsible for
damage caused whilst in the possession of the customer or trade outlet.

1.8. SJR Models cannot be held responsible for any items ordered incorrectly.
Any such items can only be exchanged at the discretion of the company.

1.9. Postage and packaging in the UK is charged at a flat rate of £1.00 per order, overseas orders charged at cost.

1.10. Ordering goods will be deemed as acceptance of these conditions.
